We are offering an opportunity for an Apprentice Heavy Equipment Technician to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for individuals looking to develop their skills in heavy equipment maintenance and repair under the mentorship of experienced journeymen.
Responsibilities
Assist Journeyman HETs with diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance tasks. Perform basic maintenance such as oil changes, lubrication, and filter replacements. Clean and inspect equipment components. Learn to use specialized tools and diagnostic equipment. Follow all safety guidelines and procedures.
Requirements
Currently enrolled in or recently completed a Heavy Equipment Technician apprenticeship program. Basic mechanical aptitude and understanding of heavy equipment. Willingness to learn and take direction. Ability to perform physical tasks and work in various weather conditions. Valid driver's license.
